Simplify CDS (PV Module) setup for 'AFAMI Maldives'

Football Association of Maldives (FAM) was founded in 1982 as the governing body of football in the Maldives. Checkout their details from their Facebook page.

They were using Microsoft Excel to generate and manage their Payments Vouchers. The Excel files are prone to many issues such as mistakenly overriding existing documents and mistakes / variances on how items are entered. Moreover, multiple staff members need access to file simultaneously. They approached us to mitigate these issues and to streamline the process.

We developed the very first module of Simplify CDS system, namely Payment Voucher, for them in Microsoft Access. This system centralizes all Payment Vouchers into a single database and gives access to multiple staff members. We customized all the forms and the reports based on their needs. They were very impressed with the new system in place.
