New Allied Management Services (NAMS) operatives in distribution of food and related products and services from restaurants to 5 star hotel chains to the local public with their strategic logistic services, since 1990. Checkout their services and details from their website.
They were using Microsoft Excel to generate and manage their Payments Vouchers, Receipts, Delivery Notes, Journal Vouchers, and many other documents which assist their business processes. The Excel files are prone to many issues such as mistakenly overriding existing documents and mistakes / variances on how items are entered. Moreover, multiple staff members need access to file simultaneously. They approached us to mitigate these issues and to streamline the process.
We added the required modules to the Simplify CDS system for them. This system centralizes all these documentations into a single database and gives access to multiple staff members. We customized all the forms and the reports based on their needs. They were very impressed with the new system in place.
